Our one-year, full-time program offers students a comprehensive blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills/techniques of counselling, equipping them to become skilled psychological counsellors. This master's program emphasizes a balanced foundation in theory, research, and practice, fostering a systemic and holistic perspective on human behavior.

Course Duration

The Post Graduate Diploma program is spread across 1 year (over two semesters). Each semester is for a period of about four months.

Eligibility

Graduate of Bangalore University or any other recognized University in India

Must satisfy one of the following:

  • Studied one of the following optional subjects: Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Home Science, or Human Resource Development (Management)
  • Completed a B.Ed.
  • A graduate in any discipline of Rehabilitation Science, or a qualified professional in one of the following fields: Doctor (including Allopathy, Ayurveda, Unani), Paramedical, Rehabilitation Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, or Audiologist

50% marks in aggregate (including languages)
