CERTIFICATE COURSE IN PEP (Personal Excellence Program)

Course overview :This course will enable the participants to understand one's strengths, how they can be capitalized upon, along with being aware of areas in one's personality that need more work and arrive at a personal and professional plan of action which is highly implementable.

Learning Outcome :
The participants will be able to develop and hone their presentation skills, identify what is holding them back from achieving the desired outcome, communicate more effectively and efficiently with others and have the confidence to sell themselves when needed, prioritize tasks and manage their time more effectively, be assertive, understand the importance of working productively in a team and manage themselves during conflicts. On completion of the course, the participant would have created a personal excellence toolkit with a firm belief that the best in oneself brings out the best in others.

Eligibility:
This course is suitable for Undergraduate / Postgraduate students / working professionals from the background of any stream of studies or discipline.

They are visiting professors in colleges and business schools for undergraduate and postgraduate students in the areas of Marketing, Business Management, and Soft Skills.

Teaching Pedagogy: This course will be highly participative with active use of: Classroom lectures, Group discussions, Roleplays, Outbound activities, Games with specific learning outcomes, Presentations, etc.
